Manage your Team Members and Permissions

Use the Team Settings tab in the My Profile Area to update your Responsive Ad Team members and their permissions. You can also update invite new team members, update your team logo and select a default color for your preview background.

Responsive Ads Roles

At the top of the Team Settings Page is a grid which outlines the different roles and permissions for Responsive Ads users. The roles and their permissions are shown below:

Owner

Main organisation account under which all actions are performed.

Admin

Has all permissions including managing permissions.

Producer

Has access to the Fluid Ad Creator, all creatives and their analytics.

Designer

Has access to the Fluid Ad Creator and all creatives.

Ad Ops

Has access to the summary page, all deployments and zip exports.

Analyst

Has access to all analytics.

Members

In the Members Section you can see who the Team owner is. As an Admin or Owner you can also edit the roles for all of the Team Members, delete Team Members and invite new accounts to the team.

Invite Team Member

If you click the 'Invite' button, this will launch the Team Invite Modal. You can use this modal to invite one or many users to your team. You can also assign their role and their name when they join your Responsive Ads team.

Team Logo

There are two logos you should upload to your Responsive Ads team:

  1. Square Profile Logo - Used for Template profile picture.

  2. Horizontal Team Logo - Used on preview page and showcase team logo.

To upload a logo, either click the 'choose file' button, or drag and drop your logo file into the 'drop your file' area.

Default Preview Background Color

Use the drop down menu to select which colour appears by default on your ad previews.
