This feature is particularly useful for agencies, publishers, and marketers who wish to share a curated selection of their designs with clients, stakeholders, or the public.
Curated Public Showcases:
The Showcase Page allows users to select and present specific creatives for public viewing.
Each creative added to the showcase is viewable via a shareable public URL.
Filters and Tags:
The Showcase Page can be filtered by tag to categorize the work (e.g., by advertiser, format, or category). This allows the audience to sort through different types of creatives easily.
Customization:
Users can create multiple showcases, each with its own theme, purpose, or focus. For example, one showcase could display a collection of shoppable ads, while another could highlight dynamic video ads.
Custom showcases can also be tailored with filters, allowing for more control over what is displayed.
Star Feature:
In the Creative List page, users can add a creative to the showcase by selecting the star icon next to each creative. When the star is filled, the creative is included in the showcase.
Creatives can be added or removed from the showcase by simply toggling the star icon.
Manage Showcases:
The Manage Showcases section allows users to create, edit, and delete custom showcases.
The Master List includes all published creatives, and any item removed from the Master List is also removed from all showcases.
Custom showcases can be created to display subsets of creatives from the Master List, allowing for a focused presentation of selected work.
Showcase URL:
Each showcase is assigned a unique URL, which can be copied and shared with clients or teams. This public-facing URL allows others to view the showcase without needing a login.
Usage Examples:
Agencies can use the showcase to present their portfolio to clients or highlight specific campaigns.
Publishers can display the range of ad formats and creative capabilities they offer to potential partners.
Marketers may use the showcase to demonstrate successful campaigns or gather feedback on specific designs.
The Manage Showcases page is where users can organize, create, and maintain their public showcases. This page gives users the ability to build custom showcases and manage the creatives included in each one.
Users can create a new showcase by selecting the New Custom Showcase button on the Showcase Page. This will take them to the "Create a New Showcase" page.
The "Create a New Showcase" page allows users to build a custom showcase to display selected creatives publicly. A showcase is a curated list of creatives that can be shared with external stakeholders. It includes three main sections: Showcase, Creatives, and Access.
1. Showcase Tab
Slug (URL Identifier): This field auto-generates the URL for your showcase, where the slug can be customized. This identifier will be part of the final URL used to share the showcase with others.
Title: Provide a name for your showcase. This will be displayed on the showcase page and serve as the primary identifier for the showcase in lists.
Note: Use this field to add any relevant notes or descriptions about the showcase. This information will only be visible internally to users with access to manage the showcase.
2. Creatives Tab
Select Creatives: In this section, you can add specific creatives to your showcase. The available creatives can be filtered by tags, such as format group, template type, and features. Check the boxes next to the creatives you wish to include.
Filter Panel: On the left, you have a panel with filtering options, allowing you to quickly find creatives based on various criteria like Format Group, Template Type, Format Used, Advertiser, Category, and more. The 'Show' checkbox also allows you to decide whether or not that tag type will be shown in the public showcase for users to filter by.
3. Access Tab
Open Access URL: This section generates a public URL for your showcase, which can be shared with others. By default, anyone with this link can access the showcase.
Restrict Access: If necessary, you can restrict access by adding a passphrase. This will require anyone accessing the showcase to enter the passphrase, offering more control over who can view the content.
Copy : Easily copy the password to share the showcase externally with stakeholders or partners.
Once the showcase is configured, you can save it, and it will be accessible via the generated URL. The showcase will then display the selected creatives in a clean, public-facing format.
The Showcase Master List contains all published creatives. Removing a creative from the Master List will remove it from all custom showcases where it appears.
The Edit Preview URLs option allows users to configure how each creative's preview link appears in the showcase.this
Once a custom showcase is created, users can edit the content and settings by clicking on the Edit button next to the showcase name. Showcases can also be copied or removed by using the other buttons.
Each showcase is given a unique URL, which can be shared externally. This allows clients or team members to view the curated content without requiring access to the platform.
A marketing agency could create multiple showcases to present different categories of work, such as one for Video Ads and another for Interactive Playables. By organizing creatives in this way, the agency can easily share tailored collections with different clients.
