The Summary Page provides a detailed overview of an individual ad creative, allowing users to manage and export responsive designs efficiently. It includes tools for selecting formats, previewing ads across different devices, tagging your creative for easier organization, and customizing key settings.
Users can export creatives in various formats, including images, HTML5 and video, and deploy ads using ad tags or via the ResponsiveAds 3rd party ad serving option. The page also offers a quick view of performance metrics via the Analytics Snapshot and allows for role-based access management through the Privileges section, facilitating collaborative work and easy ad deployment.
The Summary Page for a creative can be accessed 3 different ways:
Creatives Page - From the Creatives Page, hover over a creative and click 'Summary Page'. (see how here)
Fluid Ad Creator - To access the summary page from the fluid ad creator, click on the 'Summary' button in the header.
Preview Page - To access the summary page from the Preview Page, click the 'Manage' button at the top right of the page.
The summary page is divided into drawers which can be expanded and closed to access specific controls. The following part of this user guide will explain each section in more detail:

The Details section of the Summary Page provides key information about the selected creative, such as its ownership, format, and status. Hereβs an overview of each field in the section:
Creative Owner: Displays the email address of the individual or team that owns or created the ad. This is where the primary contact for the creative is listed.

The Analytics Snapshot section provides a quick overview of key performance metrics for the creative, including impressions, clicks, and click-through rates. This data is essential for understanding how well an ad is performing. Advanced analytics are available when using Ad Serving CPM or when enabling analytics by CPM in HTML5 zip packages. Here's how to interpret and use this section:
Tabs - Impressions, Clicks, Click-through Rate: The analytics snapshot provides three main metrics, each available as a clickable tab:
Impressions: Tracks the total number of times the creative has been displayed.
Clicks: Shows how many times users have clicked on the ad.
Click-through Rate (CTR): Calculates the percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks. This is a critical metric for measuring ad engagement.
Date Range Selector: The date range selector, located in the upper right of the chart, allows users to select a specific time period for which they want to view performance data. Clicking on the calendar icon opens a dropdown to choose custom date ranges, helping users filter results to a specific campaign duration.
Impressions Graph: This graph visually represents the selected metric (Impressions, Clicks, or CTR) over the chosen date range. The example shows a timeline with dates on the horizontal axis and the total count on the vertical axis. If the graph displays 0 impressions, it means the ad has not been viewed during the selected date range.
Metric Total: Below the graph, users will see the total count for the selected metric (e.g., "0 impressions in total"). This provides a quick summary of the ad's performance at a glance.
Open Analytics Button: Clicking the Open Analytics button provides access to the full analytics dashboard, which offers more detailed insights into ad performance. This is where users can explore more advanced metrics and break down the data by different dimensions, such as device type or location. Learn more about analytics here.
The Privileges section allows the creative owner to assign different levels of access to other teams. This feature is useful for collaboration, enabling different teams to view, edit, publish, or take ownership of a creative. Hereβs how to use the section:
Creative Owner: Displays the email of the current owner of the creative. In this example, the owner is v3sales@responsiveads.com. Only the owner or someone with ownership privileges can modify the privileges of other teams. Owners are also the only team who can delete a creative.
Set Privileges for Other Teams: To grant privileges to a new team:
Enter the email address of the team in the provided field (e.g., "team@reponsiveads.com").
After entering the email, select the level of access using the drop-down menu located next to the field.
Privilege List: The drop-down menu provides four privilege levels:
View: The team can only view the creative but cannot make any changes.
Edit: The team can make changes to the creative inside the Fluid Ad Creator.
Publish: The team can publish the creative and manage its live deployments.
Ownership: The team will take full ownership of the creative, including all privileges. This also transfers the ability to manage privileges to the new owner.
Add User Privilege: Once a privilege level has been selected, click the + button to add the user to the privilege list.
Save Privileges: After assigning privileges, click the Save Privileges button to apply the changes. If this button is not clicked, the assigned privileges will not be saved.
In this video, Caras explains how to use the Privileges section on the summary page to share or move a creative to a different account.
