Best Practices for Transitioning to Studio 4
It’s easy to move to Studio 4! Follow these best practices to make your transition smooth and successful.
Designers: Start by Exploring the Fluid Ad Creator
Designers will notice the biggest differences in the Fluid Ad Creator, which has been completely rebuilt for speed, clarity, and a modern design workflow.
The majority of other workflows remain unchanged

Start from Migrated Templates
We’ve already migrated your templates into Studio 4.
Best practices:
Start new builds from the Templates page whenever possible
Test Studio 4 by editing your most recent and complex creatives
Once updated, save them as templates using the "Templatize" feature
If you'd like help converting your most-used creatives into Branded Templates, contact [email protected].
Build New Creatives in Studio 4
Start by picking non-urgent requests for your first Studio 4 builds.
Confirm they can be completed comfortably in the new editor

Set a Transition Date
We recommend choosing a date after which all new builds will be started in Studio 4.
Live creatives in Studio 3 can continue to run after this date
There’s no need to retag campaigns in progress unless required
Go Live with Studio 4 Creatives
When your first Studio 4 creatives are ready to go live:
Make sure your team logs in at studio.responsiveads.com to access Studio 4 creatives
Previewing, exporting, ad tags, and analytics work the same way as they did in Studio 3
Studio 3 creatives remain accessible from Studio 4
You'll be redirected to Studio 3 when needed
⚠️ We recommend sharing creatives using the full creative URL instead of just the ID to ensure the correct Studio is launched.
For campaigns running in Studio 3, we recommend:
Letting them run to completion in app2.responsiveads.com
Only starting new work in Studio 4 once you’ve passed your transition date
