📊 Visual Workflow

This diagram outlines each stage of the CS4 ad creation and operations process, from asset setup to analytics reporting.

🧩 Workflow Steps

1. Assets

Assets are the foundational inputs for your creative build. These can include:

  • Fonts

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Figma designs

  • Master PSD files

  • Assets provided by clients or created internally

Assets should be organized into the shared "Asset Folder".

2. Prep Layout/Design

Prepare your layout using templates or freeform layout tools. This stage includes:

  • Anchoring

  • Hotspots

  • Focal points

  • Asset groupings

  • Animation setup

Templates may include Static, FBV, IBV, Wallpaper formats, and more.

3. Fluid Ad Creator

This is where the actual creative is built and configured for variants:

  • Upload your asset file

  • Add variant assets (for dynamic creatives)

  • Store them in the "Build Folder"

4. Sales Operations

Use internal and external tools to preview and present your ad:

  • Showcase for stakeholders

  • Preview Page to validate layout and responsiveness

5. Export & Ad Serving

When the creative is ready, export and prepare it for deployment:

  • Exports: HTML5 Zip, Video

  • AdServe: Tags and tracking setup

  • Templates: Choose output format (e.g. FBV, Static)

6. Deployments & Tagging

On the Summary Page, you can:

  • Deploy creatives to production

  • Add necessary campaign tagging

7. Analytics & Optimization

Track performance post-launch:

  • View results in the Analytics Dashboard

  • Use:

    • Benchmarking

    • Heat Maps

    • Performance by size (e.g., 1920x1080, 970x808)
